Kline & Company
Need: Kline & Company was in need of a Web site that would reflect the firm’s position as a leading source of market research and management consulting to the world’s top organizations. Their content-heavy static site would have to be reborn as an ever-changing content showcase, with easy access to a wealth of valuable statistics and market trends.
Solution: Ridge Marketing developed a graphics-rich look for the new site and softened the content-heavy interface by adding a lively green to what had been an all blue/gray color palette. In order to project a feeling of honesty and integrity, custom photography of Kline employees was utilized (rather than generic stock). Key development enhancements included dynamic press releases, report titles and articles that appear automatically throughout the site when updated from a central admin tool. Other features, like randomized statistics and a robust sorting system to help users purchase reports efficiently, were also added. The end result is an attractive and informative Web site that appears to change daily, is easy to navigate and can be managed internally by a small team.

Need: Bravo AV, a newly-formed provider of high-end custom entertainment systems, needed branding, stationery, marketing collateral and a Web site that would project the image of a well established, tech-savvy business. BaseCamp Adventure Outfitters
Need: When BaseCamp Adventure Outfitters approached Ridge Marketing, they had been open for nearly a year and had begun several disjointed marketing efforts. What the company did have was a beautiful store in a great location, which evoked the very spirit of adventure.
Solution: Ridge Marketing devised a year-long plan to take the adventurous look of the brick-and-mortar store and bring it to all of BaseCamp’s marketing materials in a way that would invite customers to "unleash their inner adventurer." Materials created for BaseCamp included:
- Coordinated magazine and newspaper advertising.
- Attractive storefront signage that is more visible from the street.
- A press kit for outdoor publications and local media.
- A lively trip center Web site with store-sponsored outings and more.

As a result, the store experienced tremendous sales growth over their first year of operation, the website became a hub of local outdoor activity and the online store gained customers nationwide.

One-Source Communications
Need: One-Source Communications, Inc. was in need of a Web site that would clearly outline the company’s capabilities, equipment and divisions to prospective customers. The site also needed to serve as an initial point of contact for existing customers, allowing them to upload artwork, supply job specs, request a quote, and look up staff contact information.
Solution: As a print shop, it was important that One-Source have a design that would appeal to creatives and business professionals alike. It had to be colorful, but printer’s marks and rainbows had become the clichés of the industry. In order to separate One-Source from the pack, Ridge Marketing produced an extremely vivid site that reflects the nature of the company’s work, yet is clean, professional, and simple to navigate. A flash animation also features the main selling points of the company: color and clarity of materials; staff efficiency; state-of-the-art equipment; and variable data printing.

Hampshire Real Estate Companies
Need: Hampshire Real Estate Companies, a prominent New Jersey real estate fund manager, needed a Web site that would reflect the organization’s history of dynamic achievement. The site would serve as a source for frequent news releases, and thus had to be easily updated internally by non-technical personnel.
Solution: Ridge Marketing produced an engaging website with an up-tempo Flash animation, and tempered it with muted tones to preserve the company’s trustworthy persona. Several points of contact are offered, highlighting the company’s accessible nature, and a secure investors section was added. Ridge Marketing also re-worked the existing website’s copy to better express the company’s vision. Ridge Marketing then taught the Hampshire staff how to manage the site internally.
